Minimum stay three-nights, plus € 2,60 local tax per night per person aged 14 and over (legally required tourist tax).

Payment: Payment must be made on the day of arrival. Alternatively, you can conveniently pay for your stay in advance from home by bank transfer.
Arrival and departure: The apartments are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. We offer a late check-out on request (subject to availability).
Booking confirmation: Your stay is bindingly confirmed as soon as our guest receives a definitive confirmation by e-mail. We ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total booking value.
Cancellation charges: Please note that in the event of a cancellation of the booking the following applies
- within 30 days before the arrival date 0%.
- from 29 to 15 days before the arrival date 30% of the total price of the stay;
- from 14 to 7 days before the arrival date 50% of the total price of the stay;
- from 6 days before the date of arrival/non-arrival 100% of the total price of the stay;
- in the event of late arrival, early departure or change of arrival or departure date, we charge 100% of the booked stay.
Four-legged friends: Four-legged friends are of course welcome. For each of your four-legged friends we charge a small cleaning fee of Euro 15.00 per day. It is the responsibility of our guests to bring the necessary accessories for their pet's well-being. Please note that if the inventory is damaged, the dog owner must bear the costs.
We kindly ask you to keep your dog on a leash at all times to avoid discomfort with the other animals on the farm. Animals may not be left alone in the flat.
NO SMOKING
We also value a healthy lifestyle in our holiday home. Please note that all apartments are non-smoking areas.
